Access & membership
Why is the catalog hidden?
Slice.fo is a private, members-only vault. Products are never exposed to logged-out visitors — the storefront only renders after you sign in and are verified.
How do I get access?
Choose your clearance on the Access page, then complete verification. Once your credentials are activated, the vault opens immediately.
What does access cost?
Access is a clearance to the private vault, offered in three tiers with fully disclosed terms: Monthly Access — $25/month (recurring); Annual Access — $175/year (recurring); Founder's Lifetime Access — $399 one-time (no renewal, limited to the first 100 members). Recurring clearances renew until you release them; the Founder's Key is a single payment. Individual products inside the vault are purchased separately.
Delivery & downloads
How fast will I receive my product?
Instantly. As soon as your payment confirms, the file unlocks in your Downloads and Order history.
Can I re-download later?
Yes. Visit your order, generate a fresh signed link, and download again. Links are short-lived for security, but you can regenerate them anytime.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe Checkout, and a crypto payment flow (currently a UI placeholder you can wire to your processor of choice).
Do discount codes work?
Yes — enter a valid code at checkout to apply a percentage discount before payment.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is broken or not as described, contact support and we'll make it right.
